This is the 5th time we have used Roy Lee, this time to replace a rusted radiator and service our gas boiler. He is so conscientious and reliable. The previous radiator had been fitted so that was not square with the wall but the replacement looks very tidy. Roy is the only plumber and gasfitter that we will not recommend to anyone.
Roy has helped us at home with a variety of plumbing and heating needs and it is clear every time he comes around that his heart and soul is in his work. We all need the contact details to hand of a ‘genuine plumber’ and Roy fits the bill – if he can fix it, he will, and if it’s broken he will replace it with a passion and at a fair price. So, if you don’t have Roy in your phone-book, put him in now is my advice. Thanks for all your help Roy.
I have to say that I would recommend Roy Lee Plumbing & Heating to anyone in the Leicester area who is after a first rate plumbing and heating engineer. He up-rated our boiler and heating system, having given us 4 quote options and worked to fit in with us over two weekends. Roy arrives when he says he will and works until you are satisfied with the job he has completed – nothing is too much trouble. He is clean and tidy when he works and explains everything that he is doing in detail. A hugely competent and professional tradesman who the public should have no concerns about employing.
I asked Roy Lee Plumbing & Heating to come round to give me a quote for a number of jobs that needed doing around the house. Roy estimated the work would take one and a half to two days. Roy turned up on time, was courteous and well presented. Roy worked very efficiently to carry out this work and the cost remained as quoted. I have no hesitation in recommending Roy Lee Plumbing & Heating for any domestic plumbing work that may be required on your property.

I have just had the pleasure of engaging Roy Lee Plumbing & Heating to undertake a domestic plumbing job for me. Having had a number of people attempt to fix my problem and fail, it was a real pleasure to come across Roy who quickly identified exactly what the problem really was and then solved it. I have used Roy Lee Plumbing & Heating Services for several plumbing jobs from Landlord’s safety certificates and boiler servicing through to a complete new central heating system in my own home. I’ve used other plumbers in the past and out of those that I have used Roy is the only one that I would recommend. I have found his service to be excellent on each occasion. Simply put, Roy delivers exactly what he says – he is punctual, professional, competitively priced and he even cleans up after himself… brilliant!
Excellent service – Roy Lee turns up when he says he will – fixed a problem with a cold radiator that a previous plumber ‘fixed’ with a wooden mallet! Even gave my boiler a quick service whilst waiting for the system to drain down. Reasonable prices, prompt, friendly, reliable – what more could you want!
Very impressed by the prompt response from Roy Lee Plumbing & Heating. Roy arrived when he said he would and the job was done very well at a reasonable price. We would not hesitate to use him again or recommend him to others.

I recommend Roy Lee Plumbing and Heating, without reservation. When Roy Lee was invited to offer a quote, he did so promptly. His quote was also very reasonable and accurate for the job. We cannot fault the quality of Roy Lee’s work, as he explained what he was doing, why it was to be done and how it may solve our issue. Since Roy Lee has completed work for us, he has contacted on two occasions to check that all was well with the work he carried out. We will certainly be using Roy Lee again in the future for any plumbing or heating needs.

Roy does a good job, he moved our boiler and plumbed in the new kitchen. We will be using Roy Lee Plumbing & Heating again and will recommend him to family and friends.
Roy Lee of Roy Lee Plumbing & Heating is an excellent tradesman. Very reliable and fair in all my dealings with him. Likes a challenge! He found a severe gas leak when two other supposed expert firms could not smell a thing! Highly recommended.
I’ll do most DIY things around the home, apart from plumbing. I hate plumbing. I have seen water damage and the thought of me creating a bigger problem scares me! Roy Lee Plumbing & Heating solved a number of problems that had built up over a few months and my wife was giving me grief about. So THANKS Roy for making my life easier! Reasonable charges too.
