At Roy Lee Plumbing and Heating Ltd, we are fully qualified to work on LPG gas systems in residential park homes. We hold the CONLPG1RPH qualification, which allows us to safely install, service and repair LPG appliances in park homes across Leicester and Leicestershire.
🏡 What is CONLPG1RPH?
CONLPG1RPH is a specialist gas qualification for engineers working on LPG systems in residential park homes.
It means we are trained and approved to:
Work safely with LPG gas
Service and repair LPG boilers and appliances
Carry out gas safety checks
Install LPG systems correctly
This is not a standard gas qualification. It is specifically for park homes, where LPG is commonly used instead of mains gas.
🔧 Why LPG in Park Homes is Different
Park homes use LPG (bottled gas), not natural gas from the mains. Because of this, the systems are different and must be handled properly.
Key differences include:
Gas is stored in external cylinders
Pressure settings are different
Ventilation and flueing are more important
Safety checks must be carried out correctly
This is why you must use a properly qualified LPG engineer.
