I had Roy Lee – Plumbing & Heating come round to give me some quotes on work I wanted doing. He gave me some good prices and after deciding what I wanted him to do, called him back and arranged a time. He turned up on time and did the required work in a day, leaving me with a functioning central heating system. Roy is professional and courteous, would recommend him.
Excellent service – Roy Lee turns up when he says he will – fixed a problem with a cold radiator that a previous plumber ‘fixed’ with a wooden mallet! Even gave my boiler a quick service whilst waiting for the system to drain down. Reasonable prices, prompt, friendly, reliable – what more could you want!
Roy has helped us at home with a variety of plumbing and heating needs and it is clear every time he comes around that his heart and soul is in his work. We all need the contact details to hand of a ‘genuine plumber’ and Roy fits the bill – if he can fix it, he will, and if it’s broken he will replace it with a passion and at a fair price. So, if you don’t have Roy in your phone-book, put him in now is my advice. Thanks for all your help Roy.
Very impressed by the prompt response from Roy Lee Plumbing & Heating. Roy arrived when he said he would and the job was done very well at a reasonable price. We would not hesitate to use him again or recommend him to others.
Roy does a good job, he moved our boiler and plumbed in the new kitchen. We will be using Roy Lee Plumbing & Heating again and will recommend him to family and friends.
I am a Landlord and use Roy Lee Plumbing & Heating for variety of plumbing jobs from small repairs to major refurbishments. He has always provided a high quality of workmanship and excellent service. I would be very happy to recommend him (as long as he is still available to do my jobs!).
